Bolderminds a leadership development consultancy 

made up of developmental intelligence consultants, organizational psychologists, and coaches dedicated to developing expansive leaders ready to meet the demands of the modern world.​

About the founder

Jared Taylor

Jared’s journey into development began at Disney when he became disengaged and saw himself reflected in the stats. He became driven to help, leading him to create the company’s first full-time employee engagement role. At Disney, Jared implemented innovative bottom-up change management practices, rolled out Search Inside Yourself, a emotional intelligence and mindfulness training with a 98% satisfaction rating, and served as Chief of Staff to his organization’s President and Chief Creative Officer.

 

After Disney, Jared provided employee experience council for companies like HP, Bristol Myers Squibb, and 3M. He has a B.S. in Marketing Communications from Emerson College, an M.A. Organizational Psychology. He lives in Boulder, CO.
