Our approach is informed by three unique ingredients
We bring developmental intelligence to life through developmental science, a blend of head and heart, and our commitment to legitimate change. These three ingredients are powerful on their own, and together, inform an approach to development that is novel and most importantly, deeply impactful.
Developmental science
Our approach is built from the work of Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey, pioneers in the field of adult development. Kegan's constructive-development theory, which provides the foundation for our curriculum, provides a clear and research-backed roadmap for the journey of adult development.
Kegan and Lahey's Immunity to Change process, a core part of our offering, is an evidence-based methodology that has been refined over 25 years at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.

EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
Using adult development as our intellectual foundation, we incorporate evidence-based and research-backed contemplative frameworks into our approach to provide a bridge between the head and heart.
The frameworks we draw from include Kristin Neff’s mindful self compassion practices, Dan Goleman’s theory of emotional intelligence, and Richard Schwartz’s Internal Family Systems™, which provides an easy to understand and action-oriented approach to how we can understand ourselves.
CHANGE PSYCHOLOGY
We’ve spent 15 years studying, creating, and bringing innovative change and development programs to large, global organizations like Disney, HP, and 3M and are obsessed with rolling out change initiatives steeped in evidence-based approaches that support real change and development.
